In-person means the class is only available In-person. These classes require an appointment.  

On-line means this class is available via a video link and can be watched anytime.  

NOTE: New videos are being made, so inquire about updates

One-to-One Education via Online or In-person includes:

• Notes(PDF) and video presentation (1- 60 minutes depending on topic). Links are via email or text 
• Once a video is watched, Personal Protocol Consultation can be scheduled via Zoom, Telegram, Phone, or In-person  
• Access to the calendar of available dates and times for In-Person One-to-One Education and Personal Protocol Consultation is provided.

Group Education:

• Ideal size: 5-7+ people w/ a fun gift for host!
• Link to ‘How to invite’ suggestions provided.  
• Access to the calendar of available dates and times for Group Education is provided

Location for One-to-One Education, Group Education or Personal Protocol Consultation:

• The host gets to choose the location.
• It can be at a private home or in a coffee shop/public location. NOTE: The Host is welcome to charge per attendee to cover location cost if needed.
• Group Education can be held via Zoom or Telegram.

Included with Group Education:

• Paper copies of notes
• Samples related to class topic
• 30 minute Personal Protocol Consultation for each attendee with a scheduled appointment
  via Zoom, Telegram, Phone, or In-person. Access to the calendar of available dates and times is provided.
• Access to library of EO information by becoming a VIP Member of the Choose Health Team.
• NOTE: If the Group Class is held via Zoom or Telegram, the class materials will be
  provided to the host 2 weeks before class for distribution to the attendees. It
  is the host’s responsibility to make sure the materials are received in a
  timely manner.

Refreshments for Group Education: 

• Refreshments should be kept simple. Something to drink like water. The attendees can be invited
  to add a drop of Essential Oil (Sample Essential Oils to be provided to Host). Essential
  Oils must be put ONLY in glass or metal.
• Food can be provided by the public location to be paid for by attendee and/or host.
  Also, easy snack recipes containing Essential Oils are available (Sample
  Essential Oils to be provided to Host).

Distance away / Presentation Requirements for In-person Group Education: 

• 30 mile radius from presentor, if further then we need to discuss options
• Table
• Chair
• Electricity
• Quiet location
• Material is appropriate for children but children must be able to sit quietly during
  presentation. DIY classes may not be appropriate for all children. Let me know
  how many children and what ages so special materials for them are available.
• 15 –20 minute prep (may be more for DIY class)
• 45 minute presentation time (including questions)
• NOTE: DIY's will need table space available for each attendee or a DIY station for
  each item being made. DIY’s can get messy so please take this into account. Essential
  oils, bottles, labels, recipes, misc materials that are needed will be provided.
