Wow! What a month! Talk about a reality check! Let me explain just a bit about this last month. I got to watch the most convincing flat earth theory to date! There was what appeared to be very thorough data proving the facts they wished us to see. But like everything else these days, one has to wonder, is it real data? As someone who searches for truth, this can be a real conundrum. What is truth?
Each of us needs to determine our personal reality of the world around us. We can no longer rely on any piece of data that comes in front of us. Every decision has to be based on intuitive knowing, or flipping a coin. It leaves one wondering if we can even trust the ancient writings. I have researched specific words in the historical texts that leave me wondering at the difference in meaning from a word to the translated use. Will and will not seem simple enough words to translate, but the meaning can be completely changed if the right translation is not used.
Which brings me to my point for the month. Our words and thoughts matter in how we phrase them, even to ourselves. We can talk ourselves into a frenzy or calm ourselves and find peace. We can talk ourselves sick or healthy. For example: “I will be healthy” has positive vibrations. “I will not get sick” has negative vibrations. Positive, Negative. Our thoughts create our reality.
I have had the opportunity to spend additional time on the connotation of partnership this month. The business I am in requires me to look at every client as a potential partner. To create an environment where everyone feels an equal is no small task.
So many of us have been programmed to feel lesser that it can feel daunting helping individuals reach that comfort level where they feel they can contribute. It has nothing to do with whether they can contribute. They have to FEEL like they can contribute. In order to share their knowledge, they must have a positive experience that they can talk about. I create those positive experiences that get them talking and sending out positive vibrations. And positive vibrations create happier environments that bring people back for more. That is a fact.
I was asked not too long ago how I kept my business community together through this last year and a half. I am a driven person but I do not utilize competitions to push my people and here is why. When you win a competition, you are on top of the mountain. The King. ALONE!
The other competitors are having a good time commiserating down below and getting to know one another. They have already forgotten the negative connotation of the word lose, and are meeting new people and sharing stories. They are the real winners from a spiritual perspective. They are forming a community that will determine whether they show up at the next competition to hang out in their community, not based on whether or not they can win. And is that not the goal spiritually, to form a community that works together for the betterment of the community?
Our goal should always be to lift our partners up and empower them to share. Sharing opens the door for caring. Caring opens the door for longevity. Caring longevity creates good karma.
What does the word care mean in this sense? It means listening. Really listening, so that you can hear the emotion and vibration as well as the words. When you care enough to truly listen with your entire being, you pick up the little signals that are being held in check, kept hidden. When you allow the feelings behind the conversation to be felt, you have a better idea of the root of the issue. This allows you to choose a narrower range of aides that will empower the person in a faster, more expedited way. You empower them quicker. Yes. It takes valuable time to slow down and truly listen, but the longevity of that one caring moment in time is worth it! Taking the time to care will give you a more solid foundation for the next meeting. And each time you can empower a person to take a step forward, you are creating momentum in a positive frequency.
Intuitive knowing is not a talent. We are each capable of it if we slow down and feel it. The real trick is in letting go of self and allowing communion with others. When you remove the need for self to be the most important vibration, you open yourself to feel the environment around you. This is probably the most difficult technique to develop in this era of instantaneous gratification and focus on self that modern technology has brought us. Every advertisement is designed to focus on self-gratification, and when we allow their influence, we lose the desire to commune.
If I were to focus on how an individual could help my business, I would lose the intuition to pick up on what the individual needs to gain empowerment. I have to let go of self-empowerment and feel for the needs of the community. What will empower them? When they grow, I grow. There is not a single moment in my day that I am not looking for guidance. We are all students, here to grow in different ways, but here to grow into who we are meant to be.
And now we come back to the original statement. Our words matter. The frequency of our words matters. Our thoughts when spoken create our own reality. Do our words match our thoughts? Are we creating the reality we wish, or are we creating an alternate reality based on the accepted meaning of our words being different from the thought behind the words.
How we phrase our attempt to empower another individual can mean the difference between stepping forward or backward ourselves. We, as individuals, need to understand how our communications are being energized, whether we are using positive energy or negative. Knowing that Mercury is getting active these next few months will allow me to remind myself to absorb what I am hearing before speaking my thoughts as I need to absorb what is being spoken to understand the true meaning behind the words. Caring enough to take this time will benefit everyone in the long term.
Have a great month and open yourself to feel the world around you. It has more answers than you can possibly imagine!
See you next month!
