Magnetism and frequency. We use them every moment of the day whether we are aware of it or not. “That which you fear, finds you”, “Do unto others what you would have them do unto you”, “opposites attract” …you get the idea.
We each of us has a magnetic field surrounding us. Shaped like a torus, this field is constantly moving and flowing every second of everyday. It is constantly pushing and pulling as our thoughts guide us. Sometimes we use this flow in an intuitive way, guiding us to the right path for that moment. Sometimes we control the flow and how it interacts with our environment.
This energy will pulsate based on our emotions. And that brings me to our healing subject of the month. True Love is emotionless. Interesting statement, isn’t it? But let’s look at it a little deeper. What it is saying is that true love is a complete and total caring for everything and everyone around us. What does that mean?
Let’s start with everyone. We know we can care about people both around us and in general. If we can hope they make the right choices and yet care even when they make the wrong choices, we are allowing them to grow into who they are meant to be, not on our schedule, but on theirs. Sometimes we hurt for what is done, but if we can care enough to want the pattern to change, our magnetism and frequency operate at a rate that can help affect change. What if we charged our magnetismand frequency with what we hoped for them? Could we help them affect the change that would be most beneficial for them and trust that our thoughts on what is right may not fit with what is right for them? What if their lessons are bigger than ours? When we let our caring flow through our energy field, we infect the world around us with that same care and attention. If we feel negativethoughts, we send negative energy. That negative energy then rebounds back to us in some form. If we send hope and positivity, that too will find its way back to us.
I just finished reading a very interesting book by Lynne McTaggart called “The Power of Eight”, about creating intention groups and the power of praying for others on one’s own health. It is a truly eye-opening look from a different perspective than most, and one I would encourage all to read.
When we move our focus from self and turn it towards helping others, it creates a rebound effect that improves our own lives and health. Again, it works because our thoughts travel through our energy field.
We cannot know what others’ paths are, but we can wish the best for them and let that energy be our focus. I am going to use a dear friend’s story to give an example. In March, her horoscope warned her to be careful around weapons as she might get injured, specifically she might bleed. The following week, she walked outside and cut her feet on glass from a small table that shattered during a high wind.
Now, if we look a little deeper, and connect the injury to her current life, we can see some interesting questions from Wendi Jensen’s “The Healing Question Guide” about foot injuries:
1) What mistakes am I afraid of making? What will it take to stop fearing making mistakes?
2) What rigid conservative ideas am I holding on to that are keeping me from stepping forward in my life?
3) What will it take to feel completely secure in doing what is in my heart?
4) What will it take to stop depending on others to tell me who I am and what I should do?
5) What will it take to balance my spiritual and physical desires?
6) What is it I really want to do? What will it take for me to commit to it?
All interesting questions, right?
And the healing answer: I know what I want to do and what needs to be done. I am ready to take the next steps, even if I make a mistake. I know I will be given what I need to succeed.
In this case, she was connected with her intuition and allowed this healing answer to manifest itself and influence her ultimate decision. She turned down what would have been an amazing job that required her to turn all of her childcare issues over to her family members, like school functions and doctor appointments, as she would have been the only person in the office. Even though she beat herself up for not taking the job, she later got accepted for employment with a company that offered the same great pay and benefits, was in the field of her study, gave her up front vacation and sickdays for her kid’s school functions and doctor visits. For her, it was absolute perfection for both her and her children. When we learn to use our intuition and think deeper about events, we find that our paths line out for us, because she trusted her divine guidance, she was able to stick to her guns and reap the rewards of her guiding energy.
Everything. What a big statement! Weather, electricity, water. It has been proven that focusing your energy can change energy around you, like the weather. We know, not just from old stories from aboriginals, but now through science itself, that if we focus our energy, we can change weatherpatterns.
Water is so amazing! It can hold and store the energy we send it. Our caring creates a positive flow of energy through the water in our bodies, even out of our faucet. Simply sending positive vibes to your water can be healing. The positive memory in the water can support you later in the day during a tense situation. It can be calming, invigorating, or energetic depending on the intent you had when you charged the water.
Our intent can charge the air around us. The electric flow and frequency we feel flows out from us constantly like the beating of a heart.
Our intent chooses the world around us and influences our health. We choose. We choose what to send out and we choose what to allow in. If we choose, we can accept positive energy from the world around us. If we choose, we can block negative energy from the world around us. The choice is ours!
Have a wonderful month thinking about how your energy is flowing through you. About how you can affect that energy to change your world for the better!
